• Personal Information: Name, phone number, email, location, KYC documents, and delivery details.
• Usage Data: App usage patterns, screen navigation, clicks, and interaction logs.
• Device Information: Device type, OS version, IP address, app version, crash logs.

• To match you with nearby drivers or delivery agents
• To track rides, parcels, or orders in real-time
• To send important alerts or confirmations
• To enhance and personalize your experience

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process data based on contractual necessity, user consent, legal obligations, or our legitimate interests such as improving services or preventing fraud.

5. Location Tracking

With your permission, we access your device location to enable services. You can disable this via device settings, but some features may be affected.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your data. We may share data with:

• Drivers, delivery partners, or support teams to fulfill a request
• Law enforcement when legally required
• Authorized third-party service providers under confidentiality

7. Data Security

We use HTTPS, encryption, and strict access control to protect your information. However, no system is completely immune from breaches.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as required for service delivery or compliance. Account data is deleted 30 days after deactivation unless retention is legally necessary.

We may update this policy. We will notify users via the App or website in case of material changes. The updated policy becomes effective 7 days after notification.
